Where access, terrain, or job complexity differs significantly from the standard assumptions, we reserve the right to review the price after a site visit. You will always be told before any work begins, and you can decline at no cost.
One-off jobs. For jobs under £100, payment is taken in full when you book. For jobs over £100, a 30% deposit is taken at booking and the balance is due on completion. Payment by card or Apple Pay via Stripe.
Monthly plans. Plans are billed in advance on the same day each month. Your first month is billed on signup. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time, with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect from the end of the paid period - no further charges. There is no exit fee.
If the weather is unsafe (high wind, persistent rain, frozen ground) we will reschedule to the next available dry day at no extra cost. We will notify you the evening before any rescheduled visit. If you need to reschedule a one-off job, please give 24 hours' notice; jobs cancelled with under 24 hours' notice may incur a £20 short-notice fee.
We aim to leave every site tidy, with cuttings and clippings removed (Silver/Gold tier) or mulched in (Bronze tier). If you are not happy with any element of the work, contact us within 48 hours of the visit and we will return to put it right at no charge.
We carry public liability insurance. If we cause damage to your property during the course of work, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g. hidden cables, fragile irrigation, loose paving) where these could not reasonably have been identified before work began.
You agree to grant safe and lawful access to the site at the scheduled time. If access is not available on arrival and we cannot proceed, a £30 wasted-trip fee may apply.
We may take before/after photographs of completed work for marketing purposes. These will never identify your address or include people without consent. If you do not want photographs taken, simply let us know.
Any complaint should be raised with us first by email - we will reply within 48 hours. If we cannot resolve it informally, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to monthly-plan customers. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
